What it does
- Watches the due date of every invoice and sends polite reminders at the right time.
- Keeps the original invoice file and attaches it to the reminder emails.
- Keeps track of what customers reply, including promised payment dates and payment confirmations.
- Tells you when something needs a human decision, such as a dispute or a wrong PO number.
What it does not do
GuardRailPay does not move your money, change your bank details, decide whether a disputed invoice is legally due or send legal threats.
Who it is for
Owners of small businesses who send invoices and do not have a credit controller, and accountants and bookkeepers who look after several client companies from one account. You do not need Xero or QuickBooks: upload an invoice, forward it, or copy your GuardRailPay invoice inbox when you send it.
Pricing
Plans are priced per company, not per user, and are based on the number of new invoices each month. Prices are in pounds, euro or US dollars (shown in that order): Starter £26 / €29 / $30 a month for up to 50 new invoices; Growth £44 / €49 / $50 a month for up to 150 new invoices; Business £71 / €79 / $81 a month for up to 300 new invoices. Every plan has the same features and a 14-day trial. See pricing.
UK late payment rules
Late payment is common and the law gives businesses some protection. Read our plain-English guide to late commercial payments.
